Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

 We will try our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible once payment has been cleared. Delivery can take up to 7 working days however if you have not received your delivery by then please contact us. All our details can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page above. Please note that customers are liable for any delivery charge which will be added to your order. We at Kaka Apparel cannot be held accountable for any loss/damaged item after the delivery.

 As we offer worldwide shipping please be aware that it may take longer than the expected time for orders out of the UK. Orders out of the UK may cost more to be shipped. Kaka Apparel are not liable for any additional charges incurred for delivery. 

Returns and Exchanges 

 We include a returns note in your order so it is easy for you to return/exchange any orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item, then please contact info@kakaapparel.co.uk or just fill out the form on the ‘Contacts Us’ page and we can send an address for you to send your items back for an exchange of a different item or size. Please note that Kaka Apparel does not refund unless an item is faulty. We only allow exchanges up to the price paid for the item. Please note items must be returned in the same condition received.  

Sizes

Please be aware that all are sizes are approximate of standard UK sizes, however if a size does not fit we will be more than happy to exchange for a different size or item.
